When are you available?Monday- Friday 9.30am - 4.00pm (with some flexibility around this). Face to face sessions are preferrable, at least initially, for EMDR, however virtual sessions can be considered on request.

Where do I go for my appointments?Level 4, 21-26 Andrews Ave, Lower Hutt 5010 The entrance is near the corner of Daly St. There is on street parking available outside, and the Riverbank carpark is a 2-minute walk. The south end of the Riverbank carpark has a limited number of free parks with a 2 hour time limit.

How long are sessions and how much do they cost?EMDR sessions are usually 1 hour at $175 per session. Intensive sessions (2-6 hours) can be arranged, please contact me to discuss.

How many sessions will I need?For EMDR, this is dependent on a wide number of factors, and there is no answer that fits all. We can discuss this at our initial meeting if needed.

Do you offer emergency support?No, I am unable to offer acute or emergency interventions. If you think you need support more urgently, please contact your GP or mental health service. In the greater Wellington region, Te Haika is the mental health triage service and is available 24/7 to refer people on to either crisis services or DHB mental health and addictions teams if required. Te Haika can be contacted on 0800 745 477, or via the hospital switchboard. Outside of Wellington, please contact your GP for advice on accessing urgent support or access the Ministry of Health website for a list of crisis assessment teams by region.
